Bridgegate Estates is a luxury bungalow community built by Will-O Homes, designed to offer refined, modern living. I created the complete brand and marketing development for the project, including brand identity, website design, brochure collateral, floorplans, site maps, social media advertising, and large-scale billboard campaigns.
The visual direction centered on a modern, minimalist aesthetic, clean typography, neutral palettes, and architectural-forward layouts that reflect the sophistication of the homes themselves. Every touchpoint was intentionally crafted to position Bridgegate Estates as an exclusive, design-driven community while maintaining clarity and elegance across both digital and print platforms.
