Queensland Condos is a luxury condominium development in Stratford, thoughtfully designed to reflect the city’s rich cultural heritage. Drawing inspiration from the Stratford Festival, the legacy of Shakespearean theatre, the elegance of the Queen of England, and the iconic swans gifted to the city, the brand identity blends tradition with contemporary sophistication.
I developed the full visual and marketing direction for the project, including branding, website design, brochures, floorplans, site maps, social media campaigns, and billboard advertising. The creative approach balanced regal influence with modern minimalism — refined typography, classic detailing, and a soft, elevated colour palette — resulting in a cohesive brand presence that feels both culturally rooted and luxuriously contemporary.
Every touchpoint was intentionally crafted to position Queensland Condos as a distinguished and design-forward residence within one of Ontario’s most historic and artistic communities.
